Students of Jalandhar to interact with Sunita Williams

Jalandhar, Jan 10: A seven-member team of students from ApeejaySchool, Jalandhar will interact with Indian origin NASA astronaut,Sunita Williams who is presently at the International Space Station(ISS) to carry out a NASA space project.

A school spokesman said here that seven members of the team ofstudents which had won NASA's international space settlement designcompetition a few months ago, would interact with the astronaut throughvideo conferencing at the American Centre, US Embassy in New Delhitoday, probably between 2100 and 2200 hours.

The students have been invited by the US embassy for this purpose, he said.

He said students-Mohit Thukral, Rohan Sardana, Varun Ahuja, AseemHanda, Hardeep Singh, Kanika Puri and Harleen Kaur accompanied by teamadvisor Emmanuel Ratnaraj had left for New Delhi.
