Ongoing unauthorised construction in Lado Sarai demolished

New Delhi, Jan 10 (UNI) The Municipal Corporation of Delhi today carried out major demolition and sealing action against an ongoing unauthorised construction in Lado Sarai in South Delhi and as part of its sealing operation, 44 units were sealed in the West, Central and Civil Lines zone.

The MCD partly demolished and partly sealed a property in Lado Sarai while another property in the same are was also sealed.

Of the 44 units sealed, in 10 units were the West Zone. In the Central Zone, 8 units were sealed at the Lodhi Road crossing of the India Habitat Center to the Lodhi Hotel Flyover. 26 units were also sealed in the Civil Lines Zone.

With today's sealing operation, the total number of properties put to seal by the MCD since the resumption of the sealing drive on November 8 as per the orders of the Supreme Court is 4774.
