JK Govt introduces Roshani bill

Jammu, Jan 10 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government today introduced a Bill in the Legislative Assembly to replace the ordinance notified last month for land reform in the state.

As required under Section 91 of Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, minister for Health and Medical Education Mangat Ram Sharma laid on the table in lower house of Jammu and Kashmir State Lands (Vesting of Ownership to the Occupants) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006, Ordinance No II of 2006.
