Govt to remove Sanskrit from Inter curriculum: AIVB Prez

Visakhapatnam, Jan 10: All Indian Vidya Bharati (AIVB) President P K Madavan today said the Andhra Pradesh government proposed to remove Sanskrit language from Intermediate curriculum.

Talking to newspersons here, he said Sanskrit was the mother of all languages in the country and it should be given its due place.

The state government was enthusiastic to promote Telugu language but it should not relegate Sanskrit.
