Gas bottling plant in Manipur to start large scale production

Imphal, Jan 10 (UNI) The seventh bottling plant of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (Assam Oil Division), located at Sekmai, about 20 km from here, is all set to produce LPG cylinders for comsumers soon.

Plant manager NBK Singh said production on a trial basis started on January 8 and the first truck load of filled LPG cylinders was already supplied.

He said full scale production and regular dispatches to various markets of Manipur are expected shortly.
