Ayodhya demolition case: Hearing in Feb

Lucknow, Jan 10 (UNI) Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court would hear arguments in the first week of February, on the revision petition challenging the judgement of a court in connection with the Ayodhya demolition case.

Hearing the revision petition filed by former BJP state president and sitting Rajya Sabha MP Vinay Katiyar, Justice Abdul Mateen of the HC passed the order today.

However, the date is yet to be fixed in the case.

Mr Katiyar had filed a revision petition against the special Rae Bareli Court order of December four last, in which the court had rejected a petition challenging the CBI's role of prosecution in the case.
