Autorickshaw drivers took out a procession

Puducherry, Jan 10: Autorickshaw drivers affiliated to the CITU today took out a procession and held a demonostration here to protest the enhancement of insurance premium for autorickshaws and taxis.

They started the procession at the Periyar Square to hold the demonstration in front of the insurance office on the J N Road here.

However,the police prevented them at the Mission Street Junction where they held the demonostration and dispersed.
