25 residential plots auctioned by DDA

New Delhi, Jan 10 (UNI) A total of 25 plots were today auctioned by the Delhi Development Authority on the third day of its auction of residential plots.

14 plots located in Modal Town and 11 plots in Vikas Puri were sold out, realising a bid amount of Rs 37.873 crore, against a reserve price of Rs 16.598 crore.

While the area of the plots located in Model Town ranges between 225 sq m to 292.5 sq m, plots in Vikas Puri were of 98 sq m to 124.6 sq m.

The drive will continue tomorrow also wherein residential plots located in Vikaspuri, Jasola Pkt II, Prashant Vihar, Ashok Vihar Phase-II and Naraina Vihar will be put to auction.
