Teledata acquires 100% stake in Soltius Pte Ltd, Singapore

New Delhi, Jan 9 (UNI) Teledata Informatics Ltd today announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement for acquiring 100 per cent stake in Soltius Pte Ltd, Singapore which is targeting revenue of 40 million dollars with a profitability of around six million dollars for the current year.

Teledata informatics will acquire the stake through its wholly -owned subsidiary, Bitech International LLC, Dubai.

''With this acquisition, Teledata has secured a stronger foothold in the SAP market, which will not only help to grow its existing business, but will also open-up opportunities in the future,'' said Soltius Managing Director K Padmanabhan.

Soltius is a Global IT solutions and services company that offers expertise in areas of business solutions and services.

The operations of Soltius Pte Ltd are spread across Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the US and UAE and offers solutions in the areas of, customer care and billing systems, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, mobile solutions, outsourcing, etc.

It delivers these solutions in cooperation with leading product vendors, systems integrators, joint marketers and technical partners whose products and services complement Soltius solutions.
