Talks between senior Cong-NCP leaders inconclusive

Mumbai, Jan 9 (UNI) Talks between senior party leaders of NCP and Congress over seat-sharing in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation remained inconclusive even today.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh (Cong) and Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Praful Patel (NCP) left for Aurangabad for the foundation laying ceremony of the New Integrated Terminal Building there after having brief round of talks.

They will continue with their talks tomorrow.

It may be recalled that Congress had offered 60 seats to NCP.

However, NCP was not willing to accept less than 75 seats.
