Suggestions welcome on vital issues facing Goa: Rane

Panaji, Jan 9 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Pratapsinh Rane today welcomed suggestions and recommendations by the members of the Legislators' Forum on vital issues facing the state.

Speaking on the occasion of the Legislature Day function held at the state assembly here, Mr Rane urged them to actively participate in the development process of the state.

Referring to the Public Commission bill, tabled in the assembly, he said he has not received any suggestuions till now on the bill.

If he does not get any suggestions, the bill will get through as it is.

The government was committed to the welfare of the memebers of the Legislators' Forum, he added.
