Sarogi seeks permission to shoot film on Salem

Dubai, Jan 9 (UNI) Bollywood film producer Ashok Sarogi, who is also a lawyer representing underworld don Abu Salem, is seeking permission from Dubai authorities to shoot scenes for his proposed film on the gangster, accused of involvement in the 1993 Mumbai bombings.

"It would give the film a realistic touch," Sarogi said and added "There are lots of negative things being talked about Salem but this movie dwells with his positive side. I was inspired to make this film after my interaction with Salem." He had already got permission to shoot in Portugal, and it would start next month, Sarogi added.
