Nepali nationals in jail in drug offences

Patna, Jan 9 (UNI) A local court today remanded three Nepali nationals in judicial custody on charges under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, till January 22 next.

The accused Yogendra Mahto, Yogeswar Panjiyar and Bachoo Mahto were arrested by Patna Police from Jamal Road under Gandhi Maidan Police Station Area of the state capital.

About one kilogram of contraband heroin was recovered from the possession of accused persons.
