Moninder to undergo narco-analysis tests today

Gandhinagar, Jan 9 (UNI) The narco-analysis examination of Nithari serial killings prime accused Moninder Singh Pandher is likely to be held today.

Pandher, who was re-admitted to hospital last night, remained under observation at the Civil Hospital throughout the night before his narco analysis test scheduled for today. His brain-mapping and polygraph tests were completed yesterday and only the narco-analysis is left, Directorate of Forensic Science (DFS) Director J M Vyas said.

Meanwhile, the polygraph tests, brain-mapping and narco analysis of Surendra were completed and Dr Vyas expressed satisfaction with his responses.

''Surendra was cooperative during the narco-tests. We have got lots of data which has to be put in sequence and analysed, which may take some time,'' Dr Vyas said.

Pandher and Surendra had undergone brain-mapping and lie detector tests at the DFS on Sunday.

The accused were taken to Civil Hospital here on Saturday where blood and urine samples of the duo were taken apart from ECG, X-ray of chest and abdomen.

The duo, flown in here on January 5 for the tests, are allegedly involved in sexually abusing and murdering 30 children at Nithari, a village in Noida township of Uttar Pradesh and the tests are a part of the investigations.

Of the 30 children, killed over a period of two-year, 17 skeletal remains have been unearthed so far.
