Huge quantity of explosives seized

Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, Jan 9 (UNI) Police seized a huge quantity of explosives, including 4910 detonators and arrested two persons for allegedly carrying them in a van, near Khanapur village in this district today.

While checking the vehicles, police intercepted the van and seized 1200 kg of Ammonium Nitrate, 4910 electrical detonators and six bundles of safety fuses.

The van was proceeding from Khanapur to Luxettipet. Police arrested the driver.
