Dharwad records lowest min temp of 10.9 deg cel

Bangalore, Jan 9 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hrs here today.

Dry weather prevailed over the state.

Minimum temperatures rose at many places being appreciably so at a few places over south interior karnataka and changed little over coastal karnataka and north interior karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over coastal karnataka and south interior karnataka and were normal over north interior karnataka.

Dharwad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 10.9 deg celsius over the state.

Forecast valid until Thursday morning: Dry weather may prevail over the state.

Forecast for farmers:Dry weather may prevail over all the districts of the state.

Local forecast:Mainly clear sky.Minimum temperature would be around 16 deg celsius.
