BSEL Infra gets land for IT Park in Goa

New Delhi, Jan 9: BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd today said it has been allotted land to construct an infromation technology park at Donna Paula in Goa.

The IT Park, to be developed in an equal joint venture with Unity Infraprojects Ltd, will be located at Rajiv Gandhi IT Habitat in Goa, an official statement said.

The project is estimated to be about 6,45,600 square feet in built-up area.

Last week, the joint venture was awarded a project to build, operate and manintain a hotel at Shivchhatrapati Sports Complex, in Balewadi, Pune, on build-operate-transfer basis for the Third Commonwealth Youth Games 2008.
