Altaf, Lata, Tarigami in speaker's panel

Jammu, Jan 9 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Assembly speaker Tara Chand today announced a panel of chairmen for the conduct of business in lower house in the absence of speaker and deputy speaker.

The panel comprises Mian Altaf Ahmed, Mrs Khem Lata Wakhloo and Mr M Y Tarigami.

Speaker also allotted time to various parties for taking part in the discussion on Motion of Thanks moved today by Gharu Ram which will continue for three days up to January 11.

Saying that as per available time each member gets seven minutes to speak. He alloted 175 minutes to National Conference, 154 to Congress, 133 to PDP, 28 to Panthers Party, 14 to CPI(M), 7 to BJP and 112 minutes to others.
