One electrocuted to death; another injured

Puducherry, Jan 8 (UNI) One person was electrocuted and another suffered injuries in a mishap at Muthialpet here today.

Police said two construction workers were working on the second floor of a private dental hospital building. The iron grill they were carrying came into contact with a live wire, killing Chellan of Ariyankuppam on the spot and injuring Venkatesh of Odeanpet.

The injured was admitted to the government general hospital here.
