Kochi, Jan 8 (UNI) Exuding confidence and basking in glory after the stupendous affort in the just concluded South Africa tour, firebrand Indian paceman S Sreesanth today said best is yet to come as cricket was a passion for him.

Addressing a gathering at a felicitation function organised by the Kerala Cricket Association here, Sreesanth said,'' No one would be disappointed with my performance in future as the best is yet to come.'' '' Cricket is a passion for me and everthing came naturally,'' he noted.

He said the focus on the game was paramount and would try to keep injuries at bay to be an integral part of Team India.

Admitting his 'postive aggression' on the field he said, it went with coach Greg Chappell's advice to be an ''Aussie in mind and Indian by heart''.

Referring to the 'war dance' after hitting South African fast bowler Andre Nel for a six, he said it was spontaneous as it was a dream to hit a fast bowler for the maximum.

He said the aggression was the product of the 'tennis ball cricket' played in the teens with seasoned players.

Earlier, speaking to mediapersons he said invaluable tips from Pakistan legend Wasim Akram was the greatest New Year gift for him.

He said Akram reiterated the importance of line and length in bowling and to stick to the basics.

Sreesanth added that the secret of his success in the tour was the concentration on line and length even when hit for boundaries.

He also admitted of his apsirations to contribute with bat also for the team in the future.

Sreesanth also urged the aspiring young cricketers to be determined and not be discouraged with small failures coming their way.
