ADP to expand operns with second facility in Pune

Hyderabad, Jan 8 (UNI) ADP Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of US-based Fortune 500 company Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP), today announced plans to launch its facility in Pune, which would be operational by next month.2007.

The Pune facility, supporting ADP's continued growth, would expand ADP India's operational capacity and also serve as a business continuity and disaster recovery centre for ADP India's Hyderabad operations.

ADP's President and Chief Executive Officer Gary C Butler said ''Expanding ADP India's operations is another milestone in our ongoing offshoring and smart shoring strategy to support our vision for sustained organic growth and margin improvement.'' In addition to this new facility in India, the company had recently announced two new US facilities. The Pune centre would employ around 300 associates and ramp up to over 1000 associates over the next two years, he added.
