One killed, Lashkar militant arrested in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jan 7 (UNI) Police have recovered a body from Sopore while security forces arrested a Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militant in north Kashmir last night, official sources said today.
They said the body of an unidentified person was recovered from the apple town of Sopore in north Kashmir's Baramulla district early this morning.
The sources said security forces apprehended a Lashkar militant, identified as Riyaz Ahmad Najar, at Bathara village in Handwara area of Kupwara district last night.
Two Chinese hand grenades were also seized from his possession.
