5 persons die of suffocation

Lucknow, Jan 7 (UNI) At least five persons were suffocated to death inside their house in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

Police said the incident took place in Prashant Vihar Colony under Loni police station area, where five members of a family were suffocated by fumes of cow dung cakes late last night.

The deceased were identified as Amarkant, his wife Vijay Laxmi, children Dhananjay 12, Hemlata 7 and Dolly 5.
