Rs 3.5 crore for Gurdwara Tapyana Sahib maintenance
Jammu, Jan 6 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government has allocated Rs 3.5 crore for the maintenance of Gurdwara Tapyana Sahib Shalkote at Barramula to bring it under the pilgrim tourist map, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Muhammad Dilawar Mir said.
Speaking at a religious congregation organised at Gurdwara and Ashram Digyana on the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh yesterday Mr Mir said all religions teach love, peace and mutual co-existence as the basic principle and teaching of all religions is the same. Need is to incorporate it in our day-to-day life, he added.
