Ranji Trophy Elite, Plate semis and finals dates revised

Mumbai, Jan 6 (UNI) The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today announced revised dates for the Ranji Trophy Elite and Plate division semifinals and final.

As per the revised schedule, the Elite division semi finals will be held from January 23-27 instead of the earlier scheduled January 18-22. The final will take place from February 2-6 instead of January 27-31.

''We have changed the date as the final is being telecast live,'' BCCI's Chief Administrative Officer Ratnakar Shetty said.

The Plate division semis would be held from January 10-14 and the final from January 21-25, Shetty added.
