PM condemns ULFA attacks in Asom

New Delhi, Jan 6 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today condemned the serial attacks by ULFA in Asom overnight, in which 31 people were killed, calling it an ''act of cowardice'' and ''against humanity.'' The banned United Liberation Front of Asom triggered a series of blasts and shootings since last night killing 21 people in eastern Asom.

Reports stated that ten people were gunned down in other incidents. Most of those killed were Hindi-speaking migrant labourers.
