Man files complaint for breach of trust

Jamnagar, Jan 6 (UNI) A complaint has been lodged for cheating against two persons.

Police said Girish Dharamshi Masharu (40), resident of Rawal village, 125 km from here, lodged a complaint on January 4 against two men Ashwin Dharamshi and Jayantilal Lakshmidas Soni, both of Rawal village, for cheating him.

Girish had struck a deal with the two men for purchasing soaps in 2000 and paid an advance of Rs one lakh. From 2000-06, Girish, in his complaint, said he had payed an extra amount of Rs 5,96,000 in instalments to the duo. Though a total amount of Rs 6,96,000 was paid, Girish said no consignment of soaps was delivered.

Police investigations are on.
