J&K expects 2000 cr ADB funding for IInd phase
Jammu, Jan 6 (UNI) Expecting a funding of Rs 2000 crore from the Asian Development Bank for the second phase of the Multi-Sector Infrastructure Development Project, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has initiated the process for its implementation.
Minister Finance Planning Tariq Hameed Karra said projects worth Rs 1400 crore were already under execution in the first phase of the funding through the Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA), the nodal agency for execution of externally-funded projects.
The State Government, on the other hand, is expecting a funding of Rs 2000 crore for the Multi-Sector Infrastructure Rehabilitation Projects.
