BJP constitutes state committee

Hyderabad, Jan 6 (UNI) BJP State President Bandaru Dattatreya today constituted the State Committee of the party.

Mr Venkateswara Choudhary, Mr Samarasimha Reddy, Mr G Ramakrishna Reddy, Mr Naresh, Mr Ch Ramachandra Reddy and Mr Ch Narsimha Reddy will be the Vice-Presidents.

Dr K Lakshman, Mr S Veeraraju Ch Sambamurthy and Mr Ravindra Raju are General Secretaries. Mr N V S N Prabhakar, Mr A Govardhan, Ms V Jhansi Rani, Mr Suresh Reddy, Mr Bhimrao and Mr Rangamohan are the secretaries. Mr Y Raghunatha Babu was appointed as the treasurer.

Mr Baddam Balreddy would be the Finance Committee Chairman.

In a statement here, Mr Dattatreya said the committee members would strive hard to strengthen the party from the grassroots level in the state.

The first meeting of the newly-constituted state committee would be held here on January nine to discuss various matters including farmers problems, land grabbing and the agitational programmes announced by the national leaedership.
