Tanala Solutions lists on BSE at premium

Hyderabad, Jan 5 (UNI) Tanala Solutions listed at Rs 379.80 on the BSE, a premium of 43.32 per cent over the issue price of Rs 265 per equity share of Rs two each.

A release here today said the share listed on the NSE at Rs 377.40.

The company had entered the capital market on December 11 with a public issue of 15,885,000 equity shares of Rs two each in the price band of Rs 230 to Rs 265.

Tanala had raised funds to part finance its expansion plans which included setting up of infrastructure facility for development centre here at an estimated cost of Rs 772.65 million and for a backup and disaster recovery centre at Bangalore costing an estimated Rs 127.87 million.
