Sachin, Jaffer, Zaheer in Mumbai team for Maharashtra match

Mumbai, Jan 5 (UNI) Sachin Tendulkar, Wasim Jaffer, Zaheer Khan as well as Rajesh Verma have been included in the Mumbai team to take on Maharashtra in their final Ranji Trophy Elite Division Group 'B' match to be played at the Golf Club ground in Nashik from January 10-13.

The Mumbai selectors, who met today after the team completed a comprehensive innings and 31-run victory over Rajasthan to get five points, left out Vinayak Mane, Wilkin Mota, Bhavin Thakkar and M Mungela for the Maharashtra match.

It is going to be a must win match for Mumbai if they have to qualify for the semi-finals with four teams from Group 'B' still in the recknoning for the two spots for the semi-finals from the group.
