S Kumars BoD to consider retail arm demerger

New Delhi, Jan 5: Textile major S Kumars Nationwide Ltd today said its Board of Directors will meet on January 12, to examine the demerger of its retail business.

The board earlier formed a Committee for the purpose, whose recommondations will be considered at the meeting.

The directors will also approve the company's quarterly results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
