(Repeat, correcting name of school in para 2)
New Delhi, Jan 5 (UNI) The Supreme Court today cleared the decks for admission of children to nursery classes in Delhi without interviews in the coming academic session.
The apex court disposed of the petition filed by Shri Ram Foundation School and Education Today against Delhi High Court judgement directing private unaided schools in the national capital to carry on admissions without interviewing children and their parents.
A Bench, comprising Justices K G Balakrishnan and D K Jain, however, directed the High Court to dispose of the objections and suggestions of the petitioner before the guidelines for admissions are finalised.
