Militants shot and wounded one in Srinagar

Srinagar, Jan 5 (UNI) Militants have shot and wounded one person in the downtown are of the city this afternoon, official sources said.

They said a group of militants entered the house of one Noor Mohammad Charrah at Rajouri Kadal this afternoon.

Later, they fired upon Charrah with a pistol before escaping from the spot.

The injured was admitted to hospital in a critical condition.
