Hesperus wins Kelachandra New Millennium Cup

Bangalore, Jan 5 (UNI) Favourite Hesperus (K P G Appu up) won a thrilling victory to annex Kelachandra New Millennium Cup the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is the property of Mr S Rangarajan and trained by Darius R Byramji.

Jockeys Appu and Harish, and trainer S Padmanabhan scored a brace of winners each. Three favourites obliged in a card of seven events.
