Haryana warns schools not following reservation policy
Chandigarh, Jan 5 (UNI) Taking a dim view of non-compliance of reservation policy by aided schools, the Haryana government has warned them of strict action, including withdrawal of aid and recognition.
A spokesman for the Haryana School Education Department today said if the aided schools failed to follow reservation policy in the recruitment of various categories of posts in a time bound manner, they would attract penal action under rule 43 of Haryana School Education Rules, 2003.
He said the managements of all aided schools in the state had been asked to provide latest information in the form of reservation roster by January 31 as to how many employees were working in their institutions and to what extent the state reservation policy had been followed.
