CPM wants full allocation for HSDP
Hydeabad, Jan 5 (UNI) Communist Party of India(Marxist) today asked the state government not to reduce the amount allocated by the Centre for construction of houses under Housing and Slum development Programme(HSDP).
In a statement here, CPM State Secretary B V Raghavulu said the Centre had given Rs 80,000 for each house under the HSDP and the state government had reduced it by half which was not sufficient for constructing the house.
He asked the state government to exert pressure on the Central Government for additional houses in the state and release sufficient funds to complete the houses under construction.
