50-year-old woman killed by speeding Blueline

New Delhi, Jan 5 (UNI) A 50-year-old woman was crushed by a speeding Blueline in Preet Vihar area of East Delhi this afternoon.

The unidentified woman died when the bus, plying on Route No 39 (Jheel to Tri Nagar), hit her at Madhuban Chowk crossing in Preet Vihar at about 1530 hrs, according to sources.

Driver of the bus, Girish, has been arrested and the bus impounded.
