30 people injured in an bus accident

Basirhat, Jan 05 (UNI) At leat 30 passengers were injured including two children seriously in a bus accident near Chaital bridge at Ghusighat under Minakhan police station in North 24 Parganas today.

Police said the accident occured when the bus rammed into a road side house.

''We suspect that the driver might have lost his control,'' police officials added.

Five passengers, who were seriously injured, have been rushed to the Minakhan hospital nearby.

The bus driver had fled away soon after the accident and a case had been registered against him, police said UNI
