Unity Infraprojects bags contract to develop Jupiter Mills' land

Mumbai, Jan 2 (UNI) Unity Infraprojects Ltd, one of the largest civil contractors, has secured a Rs 43.02 crore project from Indiabulls Properties Private Ltd, for the development of commercial premises at Jupiter Mills in Mumbai.

The project involves construction of two signature buildings for Indiabulls, designed by noted architect Hafeez Contractor, a Unity press release here said.

Also, the contract is effectively much greater than Rs 43 crore as all the cement, concrete and steel required for the project will be supplied free of cost by Indiabulls to Unity. The expected time of completion is approximately 15 months from the date of commencement of the project.

Unity Infraprojects provides integrated engineering, procurement and construction services for civil construction and infrastructure sector projects with extensive expertise in designing and constructing infrastructure projects like roads, dams, bridges and flyovers), tunnels, subways, irrigation projects, stadium and airport buildings.

It also undertakes a wide range of construction projects including high-end residential and mass housing projects.

Current projects includes six shopping malls in Nagpur, in joint venture with BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd on a Gross Built up area aggregating to 27 lakh square feet and the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal, Mumbai amongst others.
