Two ULFA cadres killed in encounter

Guwahati, Jan 2 (UNI) Two ULFA cadres were killed in an encounter with the Army at Lakhipathar in Asom's Tinsukia district today, police sources said.

The slain rebels have been identified as Kangkan Gogoi alias Kamal Gogoi and Surajit Gohain alias Juganta Phukan. Pistols, ammunition, incriminating documents and a number of electronic devices were recovered from them, police added.
