Special train to Guwahati extended

Bangalore, Jan 2 (UNI) The South Western Railway (SWR) has extended the special train services between Yesvantpur-Guwahati-Yesvantpur by another two months in view of the festival rush.

A SWR release here said train No 0202 Guwahati-Yesvantpur weekly special would leave Guwahati at 0630 hrs on Saturdays and arrive here at 1210 hrs on Mondays. The first extended service from Guwahati would start on January six and the last service would be on January 24.

In the return direction, train No 0201 Yesvantpur-Guwahati weekly special would leave Yesvantpur at 2355 hrs on Mondays and reach its destination at 0930 hrs on Thursdays. The extended service would be run from January eight to February 26, the release said.
