Retirement age of doctors in MP increased
Bhopal, Jan 2 (UNI) In view of dearth of doctors in government hospitals, the Madhya Pradesh Government today decided to increase their retirement age from 60 to 62 years.
Similarly, the retirement age of medical colleges teachers -- excluding demonstrators -- had been increased from 62 to 65 years.
Briefing reporters about cabinet decisions, School Education Minister Narottam Mishra said the Finance Department had been authorised to make necessary amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Shaskiya Sewak (Adhivarshiki Ayu) Adhiniyam, 1967.
