Report of Indonesian plane crash survivors unconfirmed
MAKASSAR, Indonesia, Jan 2 (Reuters) Reports that 12 people survived the crash of an Adam Air passenger plane on Sulawesi island yesterday remain unconfirmed, Indonesia's transport minister said today.
Transportation minister Hatta Radjasa said: ''Regarding the 12 survivors, these are reports from villagers that we cannot yet confirm.'' The plane was carrying 96 passengers and six crew.
