MP Government not peasant-friendly: Uma
Narsinghpur (MP), Jan 2: Alleging that the Madhya Pradesh government was unable to take decision in the interest of farmers, Bharatiya Jan Shakti President Uma Bharti today said the government will have to pay price for it.
Ms Bharti, while addressing 'Kisan Sabha', said peasants in Madhya Pradesh would be forced to commit suicide as done by farmers in Maharashtra and Karnataka if the same condition persisted.
She claimed that the BJS would fight for the rights of cultivators besides fighting for Hindutva.
The sadhvi claimed that she had no regrets of loosing the post of Chief Minister but she lamented that public were being deceived by the state government.
She asserted that a 'Ram' temple would be built in Ayodhya and added that no proposal to build a mosque along side with the temple would be accepted.
Ms Bharti claimed that the BJP and the Congress were bent on destroying her party.
