Four arrested for 'hanging' British national
New Delhi, Jan 2 (UNI) Police have arrested four people in connection with the hanging of a British national in a forest at Roha village, about 110 km from Mumbai.
Confirming the incident and the subsequent arrests, an official of the British High Commission here said today consular access was being provided to the family of the victim.
The official could not say whether the British national, Stephen Benett, was a tourist or what was the motive of the killing.
The incident took place on December 12 and the arrests were made two days later, the official said.
