Adani Enterprises to raise $ 250mln in foreign markets

New Delhi, Jan 2 (UNI) Adani Enterprises Ltd, the flagship company of the Adani Group, today said it will raise 250 million dollars in overseas markets besides increasing the borrowing powers of the company.

The company's board has approved to issue foreign currency convertible bonds, global depositary receipts, American depositary receipts in one or more tranches.

The securities to be subscribed in foreign currency may be converted into equity shares of the company subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
