Truck cleaner killed in accident

Surat, Jan 1 (UNI) A cleaner who was changing the tyres of his truck was run over by another truck in Valod taluka near here yesterday.

According to police, Rafique Rahim Sheikh (20), a native of Harshul village in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, was changing the tyres after halting his truck on the road side at Bijapur village.

Another truck, coming from the opposite direction, dashed Sheikh killing him on the spot. Sheikh was headed for Chennai to deliver some goods, police said.
