More employment opportunities will be created in 2007:Goa CM

Panaji, Jan 1 (UNI) On new year's eve, Goa Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane said fervent efforts are underway to overcome unemployment in Goa.

Goan youths must take keen interest in education, Mr Rane said after laying the foundation stone of a community hall at Honda Sattari in North Goa, yesterday evening.

''Intellectual development of children is vital for achieving the desired progress of villages,'' he added.
