Eid-Uz-zoha celebrated in Bengal

Kolkata, Jan 1(UNI) Eid-Uz-zoha was observed with gaiety throughout West Bengal today with a spirit of brotherhood binding the people of the Muslim community on the holy festive occasion.

Thousands of devotees offered prayers on the city's Red Road in the maidan area in a massive assembly while wearing new dresses people embraced each other conveying wishes.

With a variety of culinary set for happy dining at home, many people made a day's out to different spots celebrating the day.
